Windows will warn you on first launch
ImmoClip is not yet signed with a paid certificate, so Windows shows a blue notice once. This does not mean the program is unsafe — it simply is not listed in Microsoft's publisher directory yet. To get past it:

Frequently asked questions
How large can a property video be?
It depends on the portal — 50 MB is a common limit. An untouched phone or camera video easily reaches 300 MB or more. ImmoClip works out the bitrate it needs and stays below whatever value you set.
Are my videos uploaded anywhere?
No. ImmoClip processes everything locally on your computer. No file leaves your machine — which matters when you are filming inside someone else's home.
Is this a subscription?
No. ImmoClip costs €29 once. The license key is permanent and includes all updates.
Does it handle portrait video from a phone?
Yes. Vertical footage is detected correctly and keeps its shape. Scaling follows the short edge, so a portrait video is not shrunk unnecessarily.
Does the picture quality suffer?
Barely visibly. Encoding runs in two passes: the first analyses the footage, the second spends the available data where the movement is. If your video is already below the target size, it is encoded by quality instead of being squeezed.
How many computers can I use one license on?
Two — typically an office machine and a laptop. If you change computers you can sign out a device inside the app and free up the slot.
Is there a Mac version?
