The application processes nothing on our behalf

ImmoClip processes your videos entirely on your own computer. No video files, location data, property information or usage statistics are transmitted to us or to anyone else. There is no telemetry and there are no crash reports.

The only outbound connection happens when you enter a license key. The key and your device name are then sent to Polar to verify the license. Without a license key, no connection is made at all.

Visiting this website

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, timestamp, requested address and browser identifier. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

The site sets no cookies, loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers and uses no analytics. A consent banner is therefore not required.

Purchases via Polar

Clicking “Buy now” takes you to Polar Software Inc., who act as the seller. Their privacy policy applies from that point on. We receive only the order data needed to fulfil the purchase, in particular the buyer's email address.

Downloads via GitHub

The application is downloaded from GitHub, Inc. When you click the download link, GitHub processes your connection data under its own privacy policy.

Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we process your details in order to answer (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Messages are deleted once the matter is closed and no retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
